Right from the beginning with Glen providing us with his knowledge and expertise to Trevor and his team installing our new windows, it has been a great experience and I love the results. The installation crew is hardworking, diligent, efficient and very courteous. Even with this ridiculously cold and snowy weather the last couple of days, they pushed through and completed the job in a timely manner. Update, March 2023: We called Advanced again… for another window… and again got great service from the same installers… Vince and Jack. Glen and Andrew (sales) are professional and personable, never pushy.9 months ago: Advanced most recently installed 2 kitchen windows for us. Vince and Jack were our installers; they were quick and cleaned up everything - like they were never here - except that we have beautiful new windows! We’ll be calling Advanced again in the future. I’m a pretty particular guy and I had a unique modern facelift vision for my 1960’s style bungalow home. Sales team member Mark gave me a ton of his time as we went over every detail for hours in the showroom. Then installers Wayne, Trevor & Carson (and on day two Mike and Jack I believe) came to my home and executed my vision! [Just before the big ice storm I might add]The smart deadbolt wasn’t exactly what I was expecting and they have already ordered the correct model and will be returning to swap it out to make it right. Class act organization all around in my experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for new doors and windows.

In full disclosure, we ultimately did not go with Advanced. We had the unique opportunity to see my aunt and uncle's windows installed by Advanced while we were considering who to use for our home. They referred us to them but ultimately we chose a different company who promised we'd be happy with their product and installation, of course at a lower price. We reviewed that company as a 3 star experience. As stated we had the opportunity to compare, in hindsight, the two companies and the results are pretty different. Their windows were fit inside the brick opening in a very clean and streamlined look and all their trim was completely finished, painted and ready to put blinds back. Our windows were finished with aluminum capping around the outside and it appears as though the windows got smaller. The trim wasn't finished the way we thought, it was only primed so we had to fill in the nail holes and finish paint them. We do accept that we should have asked more questions and ultimately the responsibility is on us to know what we were getting. You get what you pay for. This is likely not our forever home so if we move on there's no question that we'll call Advanced if our next home needs new windows. Live and learn!

The team of Wayne, Trevor and Carson have just left, after working in sub-zero temperatures all morning, on a stunning transformation of the front of our house (I'll edit to add pics after the work is completed). THAT is dedication! They were so kind and professional, we can't speak highly enough of the team.Great businesses are built on great leadership. This is evidenced whenever we have employed the services of Advanced. I often catch Glen, from my perch in my office, buying coffee for his team. My girlfriend and I had five more windows replaced on our now 96 year old bungalow by Advanced Home Services.Daniel and two other members of the team completed the installation. All were professional, courteous, friendly and fast.Our salesman (Andrew) stopped by during the install with coffees for the crew and ourselves, and to take a quick look at the job.The windows look great. I highly recommend these folks. Andrew the sales rep was very helpful and nice. Wayne and Trevor and their crew who installed the big front window, and 7 in the basement, arrived at 8am and were finished about 1pm. Cleaned up after themselves and were also very nice and courteous and did a terrific job. I am so pleased with the new windows and the framing around them.

We just had our new windows installed and the completed job was amazing. Not only did Glen book the job he also followed up each day of the installation process and brought us & the crew Tim Hortons each day. The crew was amazing, each day they cleaned up after themselves and took the time to match our siding back up after having to do a door removal and 2 window modifications, total 9 windows replaced. John the supervisor kept a very good eye on our project very professional and polite making sure every task was completed during the week of installation. Mike & Jack were fantastic and very dedicated to doing the best possible job for us. They are all keepers for Advanced Home Services. We found out we needed more siding and ours is about 40 years old. But to our surprise Glenn took the extra time to find some siding that had to come from London to match perfectly. It was shipped overnight and to our surprise there was no extra charge for us in the end. The guys removed some of the old siding from the side of our house to match the new area installed in the front of the house. They could of just thrown it up but no they took the extra time to make the house look great. We were thinking of selling the house but now it looks so good and the windows are so easy to use and don't stick like the old ones now we want to stay for many years to enjoy our investment. We have had every window and door replaced in our house from Advanced. Glen is knowledgeable, thorough and very informative. He takes into consideration every aspect; how much sunlight, privacy, animals, kids…things we had never thought of. Our last install was from Vince, John, Jack and Mike. I've had Advanced install many windows and doors over the years and the quality of their work was always outstanding. The most recent crew, with Wayne, Trevor, Carson, and Charlie, did an excellent job, as expected. They started on time, finished early, and completed the work during a brutal heatwave. They were very polite and left the house as clean as they found it. Communication with Glen, the salesman, and the office was exemplary. I will go back to them to replace my remaining doors and windows, it's very hard to find such competent crews these days.

Amazing company in every single way!!!! We have had windows and a front door installed on 2 different occasions and were never disappointed. This is my second review (see below for my first). After my new doors a couple of years ago I decided to update my window and I couldn't be happier with the way they look. I am so happy with the quality. John and Mike returned to tackle my windows and were fantastic yet again. They arrived on time were courteous and cleaned up all the debris. This was not our first experience with Advanced Home Services and it won't be our last! Recently, the Advanced team literally transformed our home by installing a door between our dining room and garage. We both said it looked as if it had always been there! Beauty and functionality combined. Then they replaced our back garage door to match the gorgeous front door that Advanced put in three years ago. Finally, we changed out our ugly old storm and wooden doors off the kitchen to a single door that functions as both. Best of all, as usual, the friendly, professional team was in and out in one day minimizing the disruption to us without in any way sacrificing the quality workmanship. Call and ask for Glen the next time you are even considering doors or windows...you honestly cannot go wrong.

They did a great job with the window installation and all debris was removed and taken away. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Advanced Home Services! What a pleasure it was to work with the team from Advanced. We wanted to put a window where there wasn't one. We had no idea where to start. Mark walked us through the entire process. He was in constant contact with us about the scope of work and the timeline. Little did we know, that when Bart and Ben arrived, we were about to be even more impressed. What pros! Install was fast and unbelievably quiet. Professional installers...also friendly. Especially love the vented window. Neighbours have commented on how nice they look from the outside. And...no more drafts in my basement.Because they did such a great job on my basement windows, I contacted Advanced to do my side door. Totally forgot to take a before photo but it wasn't pretty: red with dents everywhere. Raining too hard to get a really good photo. John and Mike were prompt, personable and professional. The door is perfect! And they cleaned up!

I am posting this review at my parent's request.Had three windows installed yesterday morning and I would like to thank the entire staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Salesman (Mark), final measurement (Glen) and installers (Bart and Ben) were all great to work with. Installers arrived on time and the job was done in no time at all and included cleanup and removal of old windows. I would recommend Advanced Home Services to everyone.

We had Advanced Home Services replace our front door in December 2020 and several windows in September 2021. We cannot say enough how excellent the service was from start to finish. Glen is super knowledgeable, kind, courteous and not pushy when he came out to give us a quote. Trevor and Carson are top-notch installers!! Again, super knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. We appreciate how meticulous they were as well as the entire crew especially with the big job they had. We had some significant water damage that was repaired beyond what we expected. We cannot say enough about this company, and we cannot wait to have them back to finish the rest of the house. My sales person was Andrew. He is nice and knowledgeable about all the services. I got a new window and screen door. The installers were very professional and nice. I had a small issue with the screen door (window was hard to open) and I called them to let them know and the next day someone stopped by to fixed it. I would recommend this company to everyone! Also, the secretary is extremely nice and pleasant. She never makes you feel like you are bugging her and she also makes you feel like all your questions are valid.

Absolutely hands down the best!!! Was overwhelmed at first by all the pretty doors and how u can customize them, but i found one that was perfect. The installation was flawless, live in the riverside area so it was tricky but they found a way and accomplished and im sooooo happy with the result. Would recommend them any time, don't look further this is the company u WANT!!! HANDS DOWN

Wow, what a great first time experience with Advanced. Vince and Wayne were the ultimate professionals, real care was taken during the installation of storm door and interior door.
