Trevor, Vince, Carson, and Carter did 3 Windows redone and they did fantastic work, beyond professional and friendly. They worked fast. They even pointed out a small piece of tape stuck in between the two pieces of glass, 100% not their fault but they still ordered new pieces of glass to make it picture perfect. Yesterday (Jan 16) I had a Front entrance door installed. I would like to thank Wayne, Vince, Trevor and Jack for the great job they did! They were great despite how extremely cold it was to be installing a Steel door. They answer their phones on the first ring and their office staff are very friendly, informative and helpful which made booking an appointment really easy.My brother and I had a bathroom window and garage man door installed just recently. We had Mark as our salesman. Mark was great to work with, super friendly and very knowledgeable. Another pleasant experience working with Advanced HS. I met with Glen to discuss the window I wanted. He showed the opening and closing procedure and explained the installation and support system for the window. Glen coordinated the installation with my roofing/siding contractor. Wayne, Trevor and Carson arrived early on the day determined and worked until cleanup was done. Each knew what their job was. I had minimal cleaning to do. Phyllis and Kim in the office have always been pleasant to talk to and kept me apprised of the progress. Advanced has installed basement windows, two doors, kitchen windows and now a front window. This is the second time this year that Advanced Home services has done a window instal.First time was our kitchen window and now we just had the back lounge window completely ripped out and replaced.Our house was built in 1952 and these new windows have bought it back to life.It look's great and a huge thanks to Trevor and Wayne who completed both of the installation's.
